5 TH CHARLOTTETOWN TROOP OF BOY SCOUTS Mention is made in the 1913 report of, "The Pastor has conducted Reading circles among the Boy Scouts, The Endeavour Society and the Recruits for the Ministry." Formed in 1932, the objective by the end of the year was: (1) It is hoped each scout may be able to secure his complete uniform during the year. (2) That all scouts shall have passed their second class tests before March 31, 1933. (3) That each scout shall have competed for at least three proficiency badges during the year.
