YOUNG FOLLOWERS
Began September I978, with Feme Harvey as leader, they had ten children who met every Tuesday night. The evening was taken up with devotions, activity, quiet time, Bible story and crafts.
YOUNG PEOPLES SOCIETY OF CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR (Y.P.S.C.E.)
The Society formed in I882, held weekly meeting at the Mission Hall on Chestnut St which they rented for $36.00 per year. T It e y had various committees: Literary Committee sent bundles of magazines to the P.E.l. Hospital, Poor House, Jail and Asylum; the Flower Committee, sending flowers to sick members of the congregation, Hospital and the Poor house, both potted and bouquets; Visiting Committee; Relief Committee, distributed boots, clothing (flannelette was bought and made into underclothing for poor children) and food and medicine to sick people.
A little boy (a deaf mute) was taken from the poor house and was being educated in Fredericton, NB. at the Societies expense.
New choir chairs were donated in 1899

YOUNG WOMEN'S MISSIONARY SOCIETY
Organized in I908 to develop the missionary spirit of all the young women of the congregation and enlist their interest in the Home and Foreign Work of the Church.
