The pulpit is on the west side of the church facing . The organ is in the rear of the pulpit but elevated with a slight overhang. The choir is to the ministers left with the organ in between and slightly in front of the choir. The ceiling of the sanctuary has been given a nave and aisle treatment, the nave part being 44 feet wide and 40 feet high from the floor to the central point. This is all in wood, with a large circular arch circumscribing the pulpit and choir area, giving a very handsome appearance to that end of the church. In the rear of the pulpit and choir platforms, and beneath the organ, is a large choir room, to be used exclusively by the choir in assembling, and for coats, wraps, etc. On one side of this, partly in the rear of the auditorium and partly in the Sunday School, is the minister's private room, large and well lighted with open fire place, designed to be his study and general work room through the week, should he desire. The church may be entered through three doors; on the west side of , on the corner under the tower and on . A fourth door leading off the corner in the back of the Sunday School Hall, leads into an alley. The main entrance is on , and in the lobby is a Secretary's room, for his use exclusively. To the right of this lobby as you enter and consequently facing on , is the Primary School room, a 32 x 16 room, divided from the main sunday school room by folding doors which can be opened to enlarge the area. This room (this later became a cloak room and is presently offices) contains an open fireplace which gives assurance of efficient ventilation and comfort. The central room of the Sunday School is about 40 x 40 feet, and will be used for the assembly of school, prayer meetings, etc. On the west side of the main Sunday School room is the ladies parlor, a large and well- lighted room with a handsome open fire place. This room is capable of being made a part of the main room (as it originally had folding doors as its East wall). The platform for the Sunday School is located on the south side against the folding door opening to the church. Opposite the platform on the north wall are three classrooms separated from each other by walls but open to the front next to the school, from which they can be shut off by curtains. A balcony runs on three sides of the Sunday School room so as to see and be seen by one who stands on the platform. There are two rows of seats in the balcony with classrooms behind, making in total, eleven moderate and five large rooms. All are furnished in natural wood and present a most pleasing and substantial appearance. 191-
