He and his sister, Lavina, resided in Stanley Bridge in later years. Lavina m. Robert MacLeod and Richard m. Sarah Jane Hutchinson . Richard m. Sarah Jane Hutchinson , daughter of James and Christy Ann Ramsay Hutchinson , also of the Mill River Road. Richard pur¬ chased land on the Mill River Road from Henry Wicket / John Parkman , and a second farm from Alexander Anderson . RICHARD F. WOOLNER (1858-1928) m. Feb. 23, 1898 to SARAH JANE HUTCHIN¬ SON (Dec. 25, 1870 - June 6, 1941). They had a family of five children: 1. Mildred Victoria (May 17, 1901 - Feb. 20, 1972) m. Nov. 1934 W. Clive MacNeill - lived in Rustico 4. JAMES ALBERT CARL b. July 7, 1905 m. Florence Margaret Laird 5. Lottie Irene (Mar. 21, 1908 - Mar. 11, 1980) m. William Hickox . They lived in Breadalbane 6. RUSSELL WYAND (bapt. Aug. 20, 1901) He moved to Connecticut , USA - no further CARL and FLORENCE took over the farming business from his father, Richard. Carl, Florence and daughter, Olga, were involved in the mixed farming business until 1986, when they sold their farm to Mary Campbell and the late Melville. They have one daughter, Olga Eileen . She moved with her parents to Winsloe. MARY CAMPBELL now uses the home as a guest home for tourists. Most of the original Anderson property has been sold as a sub-divi¬ sion. CAMPBELL Hon. Thane and Cecilia Campbell, from Summerside , purchased 12 acres more or less from Carl Woolner in 1937. This was located on what is commonly known as the Anderson prop¬ erty. Here they built a cottage. Cecilia's father Melville Bradshaw also built a cottage. It is now known as the Cottage . Records were kept of the expenses in 1937/1938, some include: - moving the old "Anderson" barn - $79.00 - seven carpenters, one labourer, for one week - $164.50 - "two mill stones from R.G. Simpson of Hope River to Stanley and placed - $14.00 - 2 andirons from Mr. William Gunn , Stanley Bridge - $4.00 - mattresses $9.50 each - Oil Range, burner and coil - $136.50, etc. 239
