Vivian has worked for different Tourist businesses in the area. For the last number of years she has been employed by the L.M. Montgomery Birthplace Foundation. Donald and Vivian have a family of three children.

1. James David M b. January 9, 1964. Dean is a graduate of Mount Allison University where he received his BSc. He received his M.Sc. from Guelph University. Dean lives in Stanley Bridge.

2. Shannah Dawn b. Feb. 18, 1965 In. Nov. 10, 1984 Leslie Edison Heaney, son of Robert and Louise Heaney. They farm in Clinton, and have two children - Kathleen and Kristen

3. Lorie Evelyn b. March 16, 1972 Lorie is a graduate of U.P.E.I. and of the Nova Scotia Technical Institute as an engineer. Lorie is presently working in Charlottetown, PEI

FYFE

FRANCES JANE BERYL FYFE b. April 17, 1947 daughter of Elmer and Hilda Fyfe. Beryl lived with her parents on the Fyfe property to the East of the village before building a new home overlooking the Stanley River on the West side of the river.

It is situated on land first settled by her great-great-grandfather William Fyfe I.

Beryl works for the Department of Social Services, Beach Grove Home, West Royalty.

FRED LEE PAYNTER b. Jan. 11, 1950 son of Elmer and Doris Paynter, Spring Brook, m. July 10, 1971 JANET ARLENE DOUGLAS b. June 21, 1946 daughter of Ray and Annie Douglas. They built a new home in 1971 on part of the Elmer Fyfe property, to the west of the bridge. Arlene works for the Department of Fisheries, Charlottetown, while Fred is Parts

Manager of the Kensington Agricultural Equipment. They have a family of two sons.

COUTTS LEFURGEY GRAHAM / SCRUGGS

On January 5, 1978 Elmer and Hilda Fyfe sold six acres of land across the road from their home - on the original Robert Fyfe property to Donald E. Coutts, 0f Sudbury, Ontario. This family did not build on this site. They sold the land to Ross LeFurgey and wife of Summerside May 1,

1984.

The LeFurgeys placed a mobile home on this site and in 1996 Ross LeFurgey sold the acreage to Frederic E. Graham and Benjamin A. Scruggs of Providence RI.
