They farmed a 141 acre piece of land located between Road and Road in Lot 22. The previous occupant was James Sullivan . John Simpson had the lease on the land and on Feb. 1, 1871 this acreage was deeded to him by C.P.L. Francis Kelly . John and Grace had a family of eight children. 1.
