Mar. 22, 1922, Guardian: “Bound by an Oath” with Georgetown Dramatic Club on St. Patrick’s Day under the auspices of the mayor and Town Council. Cast included Percy Boudreault, Paul Scully, William Fitzgerald, C. Cullen, Hodgson Morrisey, James Condon, D. H. Morrison, Mrs. Donovan, Joseph McPhee, Miss Morris and Miss MacDonald; $175. was realized.

June 15, 1922, Patriot: The King’s College Variety Troupe presented the comedy “Ann” at the Town Hall.

July 6, 1922, Guardian: Georgetown School Closing. Gold medallist is Emma McCormac.

July 22, 1922, Guardian: Staff for G.H.S. for 1922—3: Principal: Jennie Mustard; V—P, Joseph Kiggins with Miss M. C. McDonald; Mrs. Glen Jenkins; Annie Gordon, Julia Lannan.

Aug. 23, 1922, Patriot: William Fitzgerald is renting residence of late Mrs. McKeown on Gordon St.; Isaac David purchased Bouchard property. Bouchards move to Burnt Point.

Nov. 29, 1922, Patriot: “Georgetown Resident Celebrates 88th Birthday”— William McConnell, born in Kirkudbright, Scotland, Aug. 20, 1834, came to P.E.I. in 1865 with wife and 4 children in the bark 0ndine, Capt. Lawrence Kickham
