Georgetown, Earle and Percy in Toronto; and a daughter, Alma (Mrs. Sterling Bell), of Somerville, Mass. with whom Victor and Ella lately spent their winters. Also surviving are four brothers and four sisters: William of Greenwood, N.S., Oliver of Montreal; John of Souris, Albert, Georgetown, Muriel (Mrs. James MacLeod), Murray River, Hazel (Mrs. Hubert Fraser), Charlottetown; Jennie (Mrs. Lemuel MacCormack), Georgetown; Marion (Mrs. Charles Fraser), Charlottetown. D. In San Pablo, California, Mar. 29th, John C. Fitzgerald, in his 64th year. He was the son of Capt. & Mrs. C. M. Fitzgerald, Georgetown, P.E.I.. He served as a member of the 105th Regiment in World War 1. He leaves to mourn his wife, the former Kathryn Bouchard, of Newport, P.E.I., two married daughters, Phyllis and Olive, and sons James and John all of San Pablo. Also surviving are a sister: Sister Mary of the Sisters in Service, Fargo, ND; Rev. Father James, of Winnipeg, and William, postmaster at Georgetown, P.E.I.. (From Guardian, April 1, 1959)

D. At Charlottetown, April 6th, 1959, Mrs. Peter Dalton (the former Sarah David) of Georgetown in her 60th year. She was born in Hi ghbank, P.E.I., the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Isaac David. She leaves to mourn her husband; two daughters: Mary (Mrs. John Campbell) and Eleanor (Mrs. E. Ford), and two sons John and Martin, all of Georgetown. Interment in the Catholic Cemetery. D. At Georgetown, P.E.I., April 6, 1958, Webster H. MaeNeill, in his 72nd year. He was born in New Perth, the son of Caleb and Amanda MacNeill. He moved to Georgetown and married Fanny Belle Hemphill who predeceased him. Left to mourn are a daughter Helen (Mrs. Gordon Gotell) Georgetown, and sons: Robert of Charlottetown, Samuel and Richard in Georgetown. Also surviving is a brother, Roy, in New Perth. D. At Georgetown, April 25th, 1959, John Thomas (“Jack”) Jeffrey in his 90th year. He was born at Grand River, P.E.I., May 20, 1869, son of Thomas and Martha Jeffrey, He moved to Georgetown in 1884 where he worked as a nter. He married Sarah Grace Blackett of Grand River who predeceased him in the early years of their marriage. He leaves to mourn three daughters: Lottie (Mrs. J.D. Blackett), of Georgetown, who cared for him in his last months of illness, Jemima. of Georgetown and Martha (Mrs. D. Maddy) of East Weymouth, Mass., Funeral from the Baptist Church, Georgetown. D. At the residence of her niece, Mrs. Preston Beck, Charlottetown, on April 28th, 1959, Mrs. George H. Parker, R.N. formerly of Georgetown Royalty, in her 9lst year. She was born on Nov. 12, 1868 as Adeline Christina Dewar, the daughter of Robeig and Jessie Dewar. Her husband died Sept. 29, 1956. he leaves to

mourn her step-son, Ernest Parker, in Toronto; sisters, Mrs. Shaw and Catherine (Mrs. Egerton Norton) and a brother, Dr. George F. Dewar. She was a member of the Church of Christ, Montague. (From Guardian April 29 & May, 1959)

D. At the Charlottetown Hospital, April 29. 1959, Mrs. Fabian Boudreault of Georgetown in her 73rd year. She was the former Margaret Mary Gallant of Oyster Bed Bridge, and had resided in Georgetown for 49 years. D. Suddenly, on April 10th, in her 68th year, Mrs. Alvin MacKenzie of Mount Stewart (formerly Alice Hemphill of Georgetown, P.E.I.). Besides her husband she leaves to mourn two daughters: Amy at home and Winnifred (Mrs. Keith Plumb) of London, 0nt.. A son, Hammond, died in 1955.
