Rosaire was born February 16‘“, 1930, the third of eleven children of Marie Louise Bouchard and Emile Nadeau. He attended elementary school at St. Leonard, New Brunswick, spent five years at St. Joseph’s College in Memramcook, attended St. Dunstan’s University for his Bachelors in Arts, and finally, the University of Montreal for his Social Work degree.
