TO GOD BE THE GLORY

was a faithful choir member for decades. She joined the church on April 2, 1926 but was welcomed with a congratulatory card by the Cradle Roll Department of Summerside Presbyterian Sunday School upon her first birthday, March 8, 1911. Jean resides in Kingston, N. S. but still maintains her ties to this church. Hettie (Muttart) Linkletter, a school teacher from the Borden— Carleton area, joined the church soon after her mar- riage to Lloyd Linkletter in 1914. She celebrated her one hundredth birthday in 1989. Hettie died in 1993 in her 104th year. Mildred (Stavert) Gorrill has been a member of Summerside Presbyterian Church since Jan. 9, 1921 and holds the honour of being a member of the church longer than anyone.
