Properties and People has been accustomed in bed, board, washing and all necessary and suitable clothing, and also allow her every year thirty shilling in money at such times as she shall require the same. She shall have the middle room for herself the same to be put and kept in good repair with a lock and key on the door, and a sufficient supply of firewood cut and brought into her from time to time as she shall require, so that every attention shall be paid to her during her natural lifetime. And further my said son is hereby bound to give his mother one half of the wool each year during the three years which shall succeed my decease should she survive me. Provided also that if my said spouse Catherine should desire to live at any other place after my decease, my said son shall pay her quarterly two pounds ten shillings currency and give her a good milch cow and provide fodder for her in winter and pasture in summer. And if my grand daughter Mary Murray shall continue to behave herself in the same decent and becoming manner as she has hereto done I hereby bind my said son to give her a good milch cow and provide her with such bed and body clothing as were given to my own daughters when she shall get married should such be the Will of Divine Providence. And I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter Anne Murray during her natural life the house and garden which she now occupies, and in addition thereto three acres of my farm fronting on the Saint and bounded on the east side by the Division line between George Barnett 's farm and mine the said three acres to be laid off in a square block. Provided also that if my said son James Richard shall agree to pay his sister Anne Murray a fair reneumeration instead of the three acres aforesaid and she accepts the same my intentions towards her shall be equally accomplished by such an arrangement. But if my said daughter Catherine shall occupy the three acres aforesaid my said son will plough and harrow for cropping from year to year as the need may be required and after the decease of Anne Murray the said house and garden shall revert to and become the property of my said son James Richard , his heirs and Assigns. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jessie Henderson three ewe lambs the first season after my decease should the same not be given to her during my lifetime. I give and bequeath to each of my sons John and Mungo one pound within two years after my decease or their mother's decease. And I hereby constitute and appoint Robert Robertson , Teacher, Saint in this lot and my said son James Richards sole Executors of this last Will and Testament in the full assurance that they will do what is just and right in fulling this my Will and desire.
