William Ramsay (1867), son of Neil and Sarah Ann (Wallace) Ramsay, of Northam, married Mary Ann Penrose Newcombe (1871). Their children:

-Beecher (1892), joined the R.C.M.P., married Margaret Agar and spent his adult life in the West. They had three children: Raymond, Viola and Gordon.

-Hazel (1893) married Hartford Ellis, son of John and Susan (Keys) Ellis of Northam, lived Tyne Valley, they had one daughter, Myrtle.

-Edith (1898) married Roy Williams, they lived in Ellerslie. They had two children: Budd and Iola.

-Gertrude (1904) married Roy Enman (see below). -Harold (1908-1927) -Arthur (1913-1990) -Earl (1915-1925) A horse kicked William on the side of the head causing severe mental injury, eventually leading to his death. Arthur Ramsay did not marry. Gertrude married Roy Enman and had three children:

-Ira married Ellen Price, then Dorothy Yeo and now lives in Summerside.

-Dorothy married Gordon (Swede) Olson and had three daughters: Donna, Zoe Ann and Penny.

-Elroy married Bertha Essary and had two sons: Bruce and Brent. Stanley and Pearle Ellis lived in this house for a few years. (ref. to Stanley & Pearle Ellis).

Leland Ellis married Leila Yeo daughter of Russell and Lillian (Baglole) Yeo of Harmony. They had six children: '
