Brian Colwill married Claire Praught, daughter of Louis and Myrtle (Barry) Praught of Richmond, and built this house in 1978. They have three children:

-Jarod -Deborah

-Bradley

Brian is an electrician and Claire is a nurse at Prince County Hospital.
