D. “At Brudencll, on the 24th Dec. last, of pneumonia, Mr. James Cameron, in the 26th year of his age. He leaves a widowed mother, sisters and a large number of friends to mourn the loss. He was much respected by all who knew him. He died trusting in Jesus.” (Presbyterian, Feb. 7, 1878)

D. At Georgetown, the wife of L. J. W’estaway, Esq., M. P. P.. Several churches to our knowledge have been considerably benefited by her handsome donations. The Church in Georgetown and the needy poor there have lost a true friend. We tender her bereaved husband our heartfeltsympathy in his irreparable loss." (Presbnerian, Feb. 28, 1878)
