M. At All Souls’ Chapel, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Charlottetown, on Sept. 7th, Miss Mary Louise Jenkins, only daughter of Mrs. W. W. Jenkins of Georgetown to Mr. J. T. Holman, Somerville, Mass. (From Patriot, Sept. 9, 1922). The Guardian reported the wedding as taking place at St. Paul's, Charlottetown, the mother as Mrs. A. Jenkins and the groom as Joseph Holmes. D. At West Somerville, Mass, Aug. 29th, Mrs. Isabella Simon 5, wife of Joseph Simons, age 75. She was born in Georgetown, P. E.l., Mar. 24, 1848, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Roderick Campbell of that place, She married Joseph L. Simons on Dec. 24th, 1867. She leaves six children all the USA. (From Patriot, Sept. 9, 1922)

D. At Georgetown, Sept. 12th, Louise Soloman, eldest daughter of Mr. & Mrs. F. Soloman, age 16. Besides her sorrowing parents she leaves to mourn four sisters. Annie, Agnes, Estella Fredda and one brother Walter. (From Guardian, Sept. 14, 1922)

D. AtGeorgetown, Oct. 31, 1922, Mrs. Annie McLeod, age 76, widow of the late William McLeod and daughter of the late Laughlin Martin of Eldon. She leaves to mourn four sons and two daughters: Albion, William, Charles, Rev. Parmenas, Sadie and Annie (Mrs. Shannon), the latter in Vancouver. Funeral to Presbyterian Cemetery.

D. At Scott Hospital, Saskatchewan, Dec. 19th, Mr. Gerald A. McCarthy, aged 29 years, of pneumonia. He was fonnerly principal of Georgetown High School. He graduated from St. Dunstan’s College, Charlottetown, at age 16 and was the youngest to receive the degree (through Laval University) of that institution. He served in the armed forces during the war attaining the rank of sergeant. He was unmarried. (From Patriot Dec. 30, 1922
