He was born Feb. 3, 1868, son of Frederick Peter Norton and Ann Rosina (Davis) Norton. He is survived by his wife Florence L. Minter of Missouri and two children. Dr. Norton was a member of the Church of Christ (Disciples) and the author of many books and articles.
