D. On Mar. 3rd, age 92, Catherine McLean, wife of Stephen A. McDonald, Souris. At 12 months of age she “emigrated with her parents from South Uist, Scotland and landed at Georgetown Nov. 18, 1848. She had ten children including Mrs. Smith and Mrs. McDonald of Georgetown." (Patriot, Mar. 14, 1928)

She was Mary Mclnnis from Head of Montague and leaves to moum sons and daughters: William in Transcona, Man; Thomas of the C.N.R., Georgetown, John in Sydney, Cape Breton; May and Ethel of Charlottetown. D. On April 20, the Hon. Donaid Alexarder McKinnon, aged 66, a native of Uigg, who carried m a law practice in Georgetown for a number of years. He served as a M.L.A. and MP. and was Lieut-Got of PHI. from 1904 to 1910. His wife, Miss Owen, f‘om Georgetown predeceased him. Two children Beatice and Arthur survive. D. At Georgetown, May 22nd,. Peter Morrison, tailor, aged 91. In his younger days Mr. vlonison was a mackerel fisherman out of Gloucester, Mass, but in the last fifty years has been doing a tailoing business in Georgetown with a residence on Lower Water Street. He is survived by sons and daughers: John, of Charlottetown, James, of Detroit, Mrs B. Creamer of Souris, Mrs. D.J. McCormack of Bouglton Island, Mrs. John Leightizer, Charlottetown.
