Besides her disconsolate husband there are left to mourn a sister, Mrs. Boyce, two half sisters, Mrs. McNeil] of Georgetown and Mrs. McKeeman, Dorchester, Mass; a half brother, James, in Dorchester, Mass; also her father and stepmother and a step—son, Alex, of Boston, Mass. D. AtGeorgetown, Nov. 5, 1931, George W. Hibbett, veteran railway man. He was born in Summerside, Feb. 22, 1856, and entered the rail service as baggage master in March 1876. Later he became a conductor and spent 49 years in that capacity. He had a keen interest in racing and was successful with some horses. He was married three times, first to Annie MacDonald of Georgetown with whom he had one son, Harry, who predeceased him; secondly to Granville Lord of Tryon with whom he had two children, Eileen, wife of J. A. B. McConnell, Georgetown and Charles, an engineer in training; thirdly
he married Mrs. Gertrude Wreeler, formerly Miss Gertrude Poole of Brudenell. ;ervice was from the Baptist Church and included Masrnic rites. (From Patriot, Nov. 6, 1931 & Guardian, Nov. ‘, 1931)

D. At Georgetown, Nov. 29th, ingus Herbert Parker, aged 76. He was a son of the late George Parker. He farmed, and for many years operaed a foundry, at first in partnership with his brother-inlaw, the late James Culton, and later alone. His plougrshares were especially well-known for quality. He was anember of St. David’s United Church choir. His wifc pr'deceased him in 1926. He leaves to moum two sons, Wlfred, accountant at the Canadian Bank of Commerce, Charlottetown, and Henry on the homestead, and a dzuglter Edith, Mrs. John MacDonald at Chipperfield, Sask. also two sisters, Mrs. Sarah McAulay of New Glasgm NS. and Mrs. Mary Culton of Trenton, N. D. At the home of his daughcr, Sydney, CB. Captain John Weatherbie, aged 87. {C was born in Pownal, PE]. 25 Oct, 1844. and did 11 Sydney Nov. 30, 1931. In 1873 he married Misslessie Parker, daughter of the late George Parker, Frarklin Hill, Georgetown, P.E.l.. She predeceased hin 26 years ago. Capt. Weatherbie was very active in he temperance cause . Five children survive: Sydney 5., l1 Bellevuc, P.E.l; Harold in California, Maud (Mrs. Cifford Young), Camden, Me; Leila (Mrs. Frank Moore) Sydney, C.B., Milton in Boston; also 8 grandchilden and 3 great—great grandchildren and three sistes.
