Boughton Island. BOUGHTON ISLAND PROGRESS. Boughton Island’s 56 residents successfully petitioned Gov- ernment in 1902 to get their mail at Launching instead of Georgetown (where it sometimes might lay for weeks in the winter). DIED AT GEORGETOWN Mrs. Peter Morrison, 78, native of Cape Breton, leaves hus- band, 2 sons, John, Charlottetown, James in England, 4 daughters, Mrs Creamer of Boughton Island, Mrs Leighteizer, Souris Mrs D.
