its steeple reaching upward to God; that same steeple which has guided fishermen on the waters, and military pilots in their planes, still quietly beckons today. Spiritual guidance is
offered in times of both laughter and sorrow.

Memories Memories of my hometown church Are very dear to me
I’ve tried to put them into words But I’ve had some dflficulty.
So much kindness and caring A “place”— but so much more A feeling of love and warmth As I walk through the door.
They say “you can’t go home again” But here, this is not true
For no matter where I’ve come and gone The love comes shining through.
