Harold married Evelyn Mayne and purchased the old Archibald Campbell property in Belmont. Harold was a mem- ber of the Board of Stewards and Evelyn was a Sunday School teacher and held various executive positions in UCW They had two sons, Mayne who moved out of the community, and Winston who married Edith Sinclair. Winston and Edith live on the farm home in Belmont. Edith has held various execu- tive offices in UCVV, was a member of session, acted as church secretary, and was a youth leader for twenty years. Presently she is a choir member and has been church treasurer for the past twenty-six years. She was honoured with the Edward Laughlin Volunteer of the Year Award in 2002. Wmston is a lay preacher, has been a member of session, clerk of session, recording steward for the official board, a trustee, superinten— dent of Sunday School, a Sunday School teacher, and Boys’ Club leader. He is presently a Presbytery delegate for the Pas-

Jack married Jean MacArthur of Lot 14 and built their home on a lot obtained from his father. He worked as a fish- eries officer. Both he and Jean have been elders, and choir members.Jacl< served on the Board of Stewards and Jean is still an active member of UCW They have a family of three: N orrna, Ronald, and Sylvia. Ron and his wife, Terry (Grant), live in Summerside. They have four childreanarrod, Lacey, Afton andJordan. Ron has been on the Board of Stewards and is a member of the Cemetery Committee.

Prowse married Clara MacLean; they operated the family farm for a number of years before moving to BC. Their three children, Wanda, Heather, and Rodney were baptized in Lot 16 United Church.
