have three children. Donald works for the Household Finance Company. They live in Moncton New Brunswick.
2. FRANK WEATHERBY was born on May22, 1934 in Amherst Nova Scotia. He worked in the grocery business with his brother Albert for a short period. He later worked with the Housing Authority of the Provincial Government. Frank enjoyed fishing and attending horse racing. He was very kind and generous person and was liked and admired by many people. Unfortunately he suffered periods of depression. He died in 1996
In 1975 Frank married Mary Sadda from Katana, Syria. She was the daughter of Issea Sadda and Zahea Al Kouri. She lived in Charlottetown for a few years after Frank died
and then moved to Ottawa. They had no children.
3. FRED WEATHERBY was born on February 19, 1940 in Charlottetown. After High School he worked at Maple Leaf Foods for a short period before going back to University and obtaining his Degree with a major in Accounting. He worked with the Provincial
Government in the Sales Tax Department until he took early retirement. On October 215‘, 1961 he married Inez MacNeill in Charlottetown. She is the daughter of
Ernest MacNeill and Hilda Mullins. Fred and Inez have three children:
Natalia, Robert married to Fern MacLeod Joseph married to Sandra Blanchard.
4. N ORICE WEATHERBY was the youngest child of Lydia and Joseph Weatherby. She worked in Charlottetown for a few years, and later moved to Calgary and works as an
Administrative Assistant.
(3 ) MELADY KAYS
MELADY KAYS was likely born after Sophia (1904) and before Uncle Albert (1908). My guess would be 1906. She was the only one that did not marry and the only one that did not come to the Island. I remember my mother talking about her but don’t know
much more about her. When I phoned Odette Tweel (her niece) to see if she had more information, the only thing she could recall was that Melady was her godmother.
