and candles. Another one of the many special times and memories is the bridal shower that the children and their parents had for me the summer I was getting married. It was very fittingly held at the school. The older girls served at our wedding.

I have just touched on a few of the many special memories of my six years as teacher at the Argyle Shore School. It is rather unique that Argyle Shore was my first teaching position and I was their last teacher. Because ofconsolidation in 1973, Argyle Shore School closed. The students and lwent t0 Bonshaw School. It was a privilege for me to have taught these children and to have worked with their parents.
