12. Ken {S’Bonnie Cousins

This attractive bungalow was built, in 1973, by Pollard &MaCPhee and the owners. The house is situated on a one acre lot from the original family farm of Foster and Dorothy MacPhail. In 1983, a porch and garage were added, and in 2003, an addition was added on the west end.

13. Gayle Creigbton

This mini home is owned by Gayle Creighton, daughter of Dorothy and the late Foster MacPhail. It was bought new and moved there in 1998. It is situated on property from the original family farm beside her sister's property (Bonnie and Ken Cousins).
