Wayne &f Pat Darrach This split-level house owned by Wayne Darrach and Pat MacPhail- Darrach was built in 1998 by Norman and Freddie Frizzell, and Frank Taylor along with Blair and Lea Darrach. The house is built on property originally owned by Donald MacPhail , one of the original settlers who emigrated from the Isle of Mull in Argyleshire, Scotland in 1810. The property was passed on to them by Pat's parents, Doug and Joan MacPhail . Wayne and Pat live here along with their daughters Caitlyn, Micayla, and Rachel, who was born the year the house was built. 116
