This two storey, split level home, owned by Brian and Corrine (NIacDonald), was built by Leo and Peter lWCDonald in 1984 on land originally owned by Brian’s parents, Cecil and Bev MacPhail which was part of the original farm of Malcolm MacPhail and Flora (lV’chean). In 1998, a garage was added and a large front patio was built in 2006. Brian and Corrine brought up their three Children here, jamie, lVlatthcw, and Rebecca.
