25. Gerry 53’ Loretta O’Brien

The home of Gerry and Loretta was built by Dalvay Pollard in 1973, as one of two cottages under the name of “Bonnie Argyle". These were rented to tourists by Dalvay and Lorna for a few years. In 1976, this particular cottage became a permanent home with the addition of a foundation and twelve more feet of living space. Eventually, a basement was completed. The house was first sold in 1976 to Stephen and Natalie Dennis (MacLean) who lived there for a time with their two sons,Jordan and Joel. It then became home to Phillip and Kim Pollard and their two children,Justin and Kelsey, before it was sold to the present owners. Gerry and Loretta moved here from Ontario in July of 1995, with their son, Ben. They also have two girls, Mara and

Jean, who are married and live in Ontario. Ben now makes Ontario his home as well.
