39. Barbara Pollard

This home was built in 1997, by the late Doug Jamieson, on land previously occupied by his parents, William and Noreen Jamieson. The land was originally part of the farm owned by Waldron and Ruby Sellar. Doug sold the house and land to Norma Gosse who married and moved to Alberta. She sold it to Barbie Pollard, the daughter of Dalvay and the late Lorna Pollard. It is a chalet style home on a large parcel ofland overlooking the Strait.
