This home was first occupied by Goodwill and Phemie MacPhail. They had one son, Stuart, who died at the age of one. The home was built around 1925. Phemic was an RN who cared for many of the neighbors. Eddy and Florence lVlacPhail bought the home and moved there in 1962.They raised two Children in the home,]anet (Raymond hlzchonald) and Jennifer (Wade Van Ewyk). When Eddy and Florence built their new home across the road on the hill, Jennifer and Wade took over the home place. 'lhey have three children‘Jessica, Taylor and Lyssa.
