Ralph Bowley The home of Ralph Bowley was built in 1998 by David and Linda Shaw on a lot that was part of the farm of John Donald and Pauline MacPhail . It is a bungalow with a covered veranda to sit and enjoy the lovely view of the Northumberland Strait . David and Linda lived in the home until November 2004 and soon after, it was sold to Ralph. f^ Ralph made the following comments regarding the community: "Great neighbors in a lovely community.
