In meeting autos and other vehicles, slow down and Keep to the Right.

In overtaking and passing an auto or other vehicle signal with horn and pass on the Left. ; RIGHT OF WAY

At street or road’ intersections the driver approaching on your right has the Right of Way. SPEED LIMITS

1—No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any public highway at a rate of speed greater than is reasonable and proper.

2.—No person shall operate a motor vehicle on any public highway recklessly or negligently, or so as to endanger the life or limb of any person or the safety of any property. -

3.—On streets or highways in any city or incorporated towns and villages a rate of speed greater than fifteen miles an hour is not per- mitted.

No person who is drunk or intoxicated shall operate a motor vehicle.

Road Courtesy

When approaching and passing a car or carriage, slow down to 2 moderate speed and thus avoid accident and dust nuisance.

Always give the car climbing the hill the advantage.

Do not obstruct the road if the other driver is travelling faster than you are. Pull out and let him pass, ~

Sound your horn before passing a car or carriage going in your direction or standing.

When approaching highways or main streets from bye-roads and lenes, drive slowly and sound your horn.

Don’t be a “road hog”, other cars and carriages have the same rights and privileges as you.
