Official Guide of Prince Edward Island Auto Routes 13 Fish and Game Regulations No person shall fish for, catch, kill or sell any trout from the first day of ctober in each year to the thirty-first day of March following: No one shall at any time fish for or kill trout by other means than angling: The use of a torch or artificial light in fishing for or catching trout is prohibited, No person shall kill in one day more than thirty trout. The sale, purchase or export of trout, no matter where procured is pro- ibited, Everyone not being a permanent resident of Prince Edward Island or the on cr brother of a permanent resident thereot, who fishes for or attempted to sh for any trout in the waters of Prince Edward Island without first procuring n angler’s permit is liable to a penalty of twenty dollars ($20.00.) Angler’s permits can be procured at the Tourist Office, Charlottetown, pon receipt of a fee of two dollars. Such permits shall hold good until the irtieth day of September next ensuing, but shall not be transferable. No person, shall hunt, take, kill or destroy any game, except during the en season for such game, Open season, partridge between fifteenth day of October and fifteenth day November, in every second year commencing with the year 1929, bag limit ree in one day. 1930 closed year. The sons, daughters, brothers and sisters of na Fide residents returning to this Province on a visit shall be granted a me license on sufficient identification and the payment of a fee of two dollars d fifty cents ($2.50.)
